The Manufacturing engineer: Quality Improvements we are looking for acts as an internal focal point for quality issues (internal RDR's and customer NC's) on composite parts;

Lead of structured problem solving to eliminate these quality issues;

Lead problem solving kaizen workshops and support quality scrums to eliminate these quality issues;

Assure reinforcement of introduced countermeasures;

Structured problem solving to optimise the process efficiency to reduce the operational cost;

Actively supports the operational departments to assure on time delivery to our customers;

Introduces, controls and maintains process monitoring to improve (cost, time, quality) the manufacturing processes;

Master of Science (Industrial or Civil Eng.) (Electro-Mechanics, Mechanics, Materials, Aviation/Space, …)

Min.3 years of experience in production, engineering, manufacturing engineering

Problem solving expert in low volume (composite) manufacturing

Excellent analytical skills
-
Quality and result oriented with attention to detail

Experience with composites and composite manufacturing is a big plus
-
Experience in Aviation and Aerospace or Automotive is a plus
-
Knowledge of APQP/PPAP is a plus
-
Fluent in Dutch and English
-
Experience with CAD software, preferrable Catia and Autocad is a plus
