Als legal advisor contracting richt je je focus op het contractenrecht waarbij je volgende taken voor jouw rekening neemt:

-Je verzorgt het eerstelijnsadvies op het vlak van contracting en geeft praktisch juridisch advies aan medewerkers, managers en accountmanagers.

-Je leest, analyseert en herschrijft contracten tijdens lopende contractonderhandelingen voor alle business lines en afdelingen van de Randstad Groep in België.

-Je werkt en overlegt samen met andere experten binnen het Shared Service Center (ICT, Credit Management, Procurement) en met de commerciële lijn om tot een geïntegreerd resultaat te komen.

-Je geeft advies aan de directie met betrekking tot de opportuniteit van het te nemen juridisch risico op vlak van `contracting¿ en alle daaraan gerelateerde juridische domeinen zoals verbintenissenrecht, aansprakelijkheidsrecht, procurement, B2B wetgeving, GDPR en data processing agreements, huur.

-Je staat mee in voor het opmaken, up-to-date houden en implementeren van de standaardovereenkomsten en algemene voorwaarden van al onze business lines.

-Je screent nieuwe wetgeving binnen jouw expertisedomein en zorgt mee voor de implementatie daarvan binnen de organisatie.

-Je zorgt ervoor dat de interne werkinstructies inzake contracten bijgewerkt en/of verbeterd worden.

-Je creëert bewustzijn bij je commerciële collega¿s en geeft hen opleidingen.

-Je werkt nauw en complementair samen met de andere legal collega¿s waarbij je onderling kennis en ervaring uitwisselt.
