• Opvolgen van de trainingsnoden van het personeel
• Voorbereiding van de gegevens en organisatie van de leveranciersbeoordelingen
• Mee voorbereiden van de jaarlijkse management review & het interne audit plan
• Melden van elke moeilijkheid of afwijking die wordt vastgesteld aan Head of QA

Binnen het auditteam werk je aan projecten van lokale kantoren en ondersteunende afdelingen, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor:

• Het correct evalueren en analyseren van de operationele processen van de organisatie, in lijn met de gestelde doelstellingen;
• Je controleert & evalueert financiële, operationele & business gerelateerde topics en zorgt dat acties rond lopende projecten volgens de vooropgestelde processen en procedures worden nageleefd;
• Het opstellen van een specifiek auditplan gericht op het beoordelen van risicopunten, waarbij financiële, operationele en organisatorische aandachtspunten worden geanalyseerd en geadviseerd;
• Je stelt rapporten op met aanbevelingen voor verbetering en volgt de implementatie ervan op;
• Je bent een business partner op vlak van advies en het opstellen van proactieve actieplannen;
• Analyseren, documenteren en verfijnen van de huidige interne controleprocessen die direct of indirect invloed hebben op de bedrijfsvoering;
• Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Head of Internal Audit en het management van de auditafdeling.
