Als financial analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en accuraat indienen van zowel externe als interne rapportages.Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de implementatie van boekhoudprojecten, met een focus op de ontwikkelingen van IFRS-regels en de boekhoudkundige rapportering.Je speelt ook een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van processen, het ontwikkelen van financiële modellen en het ondersteunen van de business met waardevolle financiële inzichten.

Jouw rol is gericht op:

  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van groepsrapportering volgens IFRS-regels in de consolidatiesoftware.
  • Het voorbereiden en publiceren van wettelijke aangiften en rekeningen bij de Nationale Bank volgens BEGAAP-normen
  • Het analyseren, testen en implementeren van evoluties en nieuwe behoeften in groepsrapportering
  • Het coördineren en communiceren met verschillende stakeholders van groepsrapportering
  • Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van externe audits, inclusief analyse en verantwoording
  • Het deelnemen aan periodieke afsluiting van de boekhouding, inclusief boekingen, reconciliaties, analyses en rapportages
  • Het ondersteunen van het team bij ontwikkeling, testen en validatie van boekhoudkundige aspecten van projecten
  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van huidige boekhoudkundige processen

Context of the mission 

 

Within the Customer Information and Servicing department, the Customer Management Systems and Referentials team is primarily responsible for the storage, improvement and maintenance of the data of all our customers and intermediaries.In addition, an important part of the activities also consists of contributing to the development of our customer vision of tomorrow: 

  • Centralise all available customer information and make it available to all users and AG processes. 
  • Uniformize and centrally store and manage customer data and preferences.  
  • Complete and improve the existing customer data. 
  • Offer a platform to our end customers to view and adjust their own data and preferences if required

To further expand our strategy in this area, the Customer Management Systems and Referentials team is looking for a business/process analyst.The candidate will work within the methods organisation on various projects in parallel, where the following skills will be required. 

  • Collecting, synthesising and modelling the concrete needs of the business departments of AG Insurance regarding customer management and customer follow-up. 
  • Further elaboration of these needs in projects in close consultation with our business and the IT department. 
  • Assisting in the realisation of these needs by supporting IT department in development phases and managing test phases with Business teams, editing manuals and preparing and following up on training for the end users 
  • Communication about the progress to the different stakeholders of the project. 
  • Take initiatives to improve the quality of our customer data, complete it through data analysis and develop synergies between the Data warehouse and the operational systems.

Proven experience as a process analysis is a must, client data and/or finance knowledge are not required but would be useful.

En tant que Business Analyst Treasury & Tax, vous travaillez au sein du département Finance & Accounting et plus spécifiquement pour la cellule « Treasury & Tax ».Vous rapportez au Finance & Accounting Manager.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?


* Gérer toutes les opérations bancaires ainsi que le planning de trésorerie avec pour but le respect des échéances et l’optimisation de la position de trésorerie centralisée au sein du cashpooling de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.
* Fournir un reporting périodique, tant interne que externe, reflétant l’activité de la trésorerie et la situation de la dette.
* Assister les auditeurs de la Cour des comptes et les réviseurs externes dans leurs missions de certification des comptes.
* Exécuter les tâches opérationnelles du service de trésorerie (garanties bancaires, pouvoirs de signature, suivi des commandes, transport de fonds, Caisse des dépôts et consignations, …
* Participer aux projets gérés par la trésorerie de même que ceux dans lesquels la trésorerie est impliquée (swap de couverture, transport de fonds, services financiers, Maas, Digital ticketing,…).

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you are part of the team Business Area Rail Information Mobile.You are responsible for one or several projects from a to z, meaning that you manage the delivery of the projects assigned to you in terms of scope, time, budget and quality.Our projects are situated within the domain of application development.

What do we expect from you?

  • Project Preparation
    • Manage the creation of the first estimates on resources and cost needs
    • Supervise the preliminary study and shape the start-up of the project
    • Manage the establishment and validation of the detailed scope, planning and budget in close collaboration with the client (SNCB) and our IT teams
    • Draft and follow up the project plan and ensure that the necessary documentation is created
    • Assure compliance with Legal Obligations (like GDPR, Security, …)
    • Mapping and taking into account the internal and external dependencies
  • Project Organisation
    • Manage the project team
    • Assure a correct stakeholder management in order to provide optimal business satisfaction
    • Connect and collaborate with the client, IT Business Relationship Partners, IT Architects and the delivery teams, as well as with our external sourcing partner TCS and various suppliers
    • Act as a central point of contact for all questions regarding the projects assigned to you
    • Orchestrate activities between different IT and business roles (architecture, analysts, delivery managers, business)
    • Monitor the project budget and estimates
    • Identify, manage and mitigate issues and risks, coordinate towards solutions in close collaboration with the project team and / or the IT supplier and escalate before it's too late
    • Organise / set up and lead the project status and steering groups
    • Manage scope changes and their financial and timing consequences
    • Ensure the timely delivery of all activities that fall under the responsibility of the project
    • Define and agree on communication, training and handover towards the involved internal client
  • Reporting & Quality Control
    • Conduct internal quality controls to guarantee the quality of the deliverables
    • Master, follow-up and report the status/progress of the project in terms of scope, budget and capacity
    • Run intermediate project reviews and determine improvement sessions
    • Identify risks, coordinate towards solutions and escalate before it’s too late
