Description
On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with one or more legal professionals, managing the administrative side of our clients' intellectual property, which includes:
- Monitoring internal and external expiration dates;
- Taking necessary actions to oversee and manage the continuation of IP rights, including the encoding of files into our databases;
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for maintaining rights;
- Drafting emails to clients, agents, and officials;
- Generating invoices
